Their return/exchange policy is the WORST. I bought some press on nails, opened the box to fit the nails to my nail, they do no fit b/c my nails are bigger, so I placed them back into the box and went to the store with receipt to return. The nails have not been used again b/c I only put them over my real nail to fit them size wise. The store would not even open the box to validate as if the box and unused nails were contaminated. I experienced the worst customer service EVER at this establishment today!! I was disrespected as a consumer & refuse to spend another dollar at Beauty & Beauty. I was completely taken aback when I attempted to purchase an item that was clearly marked for one price & the register scanned the item for another price. I questioned the cashier about the discrepancy & he advised me that the item was labeled incorrectly, “people make mistakes”, & refused to honor the marked price.
