ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I have incredibly thick hair, just insanely thick. So I get really picky who I go to since it's so easy to mess it up. Laurel has always done a phenomenal job! Not only is she meticulous and considerate, but she also always asks just the right questions to give me something I love for months and months to come, even if I didn't know what I needed or wanted in her chair. Plus, she's amazing to talk to while waiting under the foils. You won't regret going to her!
