I made an appointment and paid a deposit. I received a text reminder I had an appointment today, so I wasn't worried. I drove an hour and a half to get my nails done, and no one is here. The door is locked, and no voicemail can be left. I came all this way to trail my wedding day nails. Now I know NOT to come here. 100% unprofessional

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 3-5, there was no follow up message I got there and the door was locked I rang the doorbell and wait outside for 10 minutes no one’s here, very unprofessional and now I’m left to go book somewhere else, I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.
