Horrible! Today, 1/11/14 I had an appointment with Linda, not only was she a no show but not even a msg when I got home with an apology! I live a half hour outside of Susanville, so she not only wasted my time but over a quarter tank of gas. BAD business... Sadly I am forced to give them 1 star when it should be 0!!!!
Please do not waste your money. They are unprofessional, rude, no skills, will not take responsibilities of lousy work. There are so many beauty shops to go to.
