They don't update their out of stock merchandise often enough.
BOYCOTT This used to be my go to supply store, unfortunately they have come under new management. The new staff is utterly rude( with the exception of the hispanic man) , they don't acknowledge customers and also follow customers around treating people like common criminals. Black women keep urban beauty supply stores in business it's time we only shop where our business is appreciated. Beauty Trends in Matteson near Pete's is a lovely beauty supply store with excellent customer service.
I was followed around the store like I was stealing, used to enjoy coming into this beauty supply but the micro aggressions, poor customer service, and dirty looks have changed my mind.
