Bought a wig from them on Thursday and opened it on Saturday to install it and the lace was cut. So I called them and they said there is nothing we can do and the “wig manager” Sinet was very nasty. I will not be purchasing here again and makes me not want to even go to any of the beauty 4u. Awful customer service.
