Very rude and unprofessional staff, especially Jasmine. They speak in Hindi whenever they see brown people, which feels extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. And on top of it, they bully you for saying something. I am sorry but this is not customer service. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I had taken my wife for an eyebrow appointment at this place and she encountered a very unprofessional, unpleasant and unethical behaviour from the 2 staff - Jasmine and Iram. Jasmine went out of her way to be extra rude and unwelcoming. Such unprofessional and irritating behaviour is not what we expect as a customer. Would not recommend or go back ever again!

As a paying customer, I expect at least basic respect. Not only was the service poorly done, but the staff—especially Jasmine—were unnecessarily rude. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I’d rather go somewhere that treats people with kindness and professionalism.

As a customer, I was shocked by how I was treated. The staff were extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the appointment specially by Jasmine. There was absolutely no professionalism or basic courtesy. Definitely not going back.
