The manager in this site is very kind. Humble and assist you when needed. I remember. When. I was purchasing a dumbling for my Granddaughter. I asked him a question was really inside of it , he took his time to explain and the inside joke. Don't eat it..We both needed a good laugh. Thank you. They have excellent merchandise in the store. Its very clean. And organized. Very impressive.
Today I made an $85 purchase to which the rep said it didn’t go through but it showed on my account and my bank said it went through and they wouldn’t let me take my merchandise . I have to now wait to fight for my money back I don’t think I’ll be going back here for awhile if ever
There's so many different reviews on this particular company but please please keep this in mind if the one girl is there. She's kind of rude a little bit and please check your receipt and your items cuz she likes to try to add one or two items to your receipt to make you pay more. Please make sure that you are aware how many items you have because your Loki add like she'll scan it twice so that way the bill is higher by the night at the dude. Is there they're fine. They have everything here!! Hair extensions of every type, the prices are great! Literally, you can find everything you need from hair, make-up, nails to jewelry, whatever you need. I live here. I don't shop anywhere else.
