Tried to buy clip-ins that matched my hair texture they only had clip-ins for straight texture hair, I ask he lady at front counter if she could order clip-ins for black women hair texture she flat out told me “No”. This review serves as a WARNING to anyone considering shopping at Beautix Beauty Supply in Cumming. I only wished I'd read the reviews BEFORE wasting my money there. It is obvious from the other most recent reviews that the ownership doesn't care about customer service or customer satisfaction. When I arrived at this beauty store, I was greeted by one of the employees with a warm welcome. However, moments later, another employee approached me and insisted that the store was closed, forcing me to leave. To my surprise, after I stepped out, I saw another customer being allowed into the store without any issue. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend shopping here.

I had an incredibly disappointing and distressing experience at Beautix Beauty Supply. I purchased a straightening comb on 11/26/2024, which turned out to be defective and dangerous—it lacked temperature control, burned my hair, and left scorch marks on my towel and sink. When I attempted to return the item on 12/2/2024, well within the return window and with proof of purchase, I was met with outright hostility.
