I haven't experienced what others have. I red all the stories and I truly feel for them but, I have NEVER experienced any of that. They have ALWAYS been kind and respectful. The customer service was absolutely amazing to me!!!!!!. Im a african American women. Who have nothing at all to gain by saying the truth at least my truth. And just by my experience, if I did come across someone who needed a place to get hair, I would recommend them. I brought my service dog in with me while I was shopping and I was told no dogs were allowed and he would have to leave.
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! Their business feels like a scam… they hardly speak English and their prices are extremely unfair… my advice for anyone looking for a beauty supply store.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, I just wasted 100+ dollars here and wasn’t able to even get store credit because they deemed the products as opened and it wasn’t even opened.
