I purchased a straightening comb that got so hot it BURNED my hair. Since the product has no temperature control, I attempted to return the item WITH receipt today, showing her my scorched hair and the towel the iron was resting on when I attempted to use it. The store owner refused to return the item and had every excuse “this is old” “how many times did you use it” so I advised her that I’d be reaching out to the Consumer Protection Agency to handle it instead of going back and forth with her. The staff is so kind. The products are amazing but a castor oil there and had really good results. Also got this color changing lipstick very nice place

Owners and staff are racist. I will travel 30 mins to another beauty supply store before I ever shop here again. As a licensed professional who shops here often, I can not believe the way my daughters and I were treated.
