Unprofessional and misleading. I clearly asked for a classic set at the listed price, but they went ahead and did a more expensive set without my consent and tried to charge extra at the end—with excuses like “your eyes are big.” They also failed to mention additional fees upfront and kept changing their story. Feels like a bait-and-switch. Definitely would not recommend.

Unfortunately they used to do lashes nice but I went Last week and again back in May and the quality has gone down a lot with the prices going up. Lashes are cheap and clumpy now and not wispy :(
