I called and made an appointment with Vanessa for my friend and myself as a gift for her first brazilian wax. We drove 1 hour to get to her business only to arrive a locked door. I called several times to her Slidell and Metairie location as listed on her website, and I got NO ANSWER and no CALL BACK. We were extremely angry and find this to be very unprofessional. We will NEVER do business with Beautique Waxing Spa again.
