Been with them for over yr.Need more staff. Front desk unattended,left waiting,no response to calling out. Not the same for months.They phoned & cancelled my appt. Thanks for that, you did me a favour.
Was given a gift card and used it for a manicure and massage. The manicure left me bleeding in 6 or 7 spots with inflamed nail beds after very rough handling. The beautician smeared the blood down my nail with the nail polish brush, and also left wet polish all over my finger tips, fixing this only when I asked her to. She commented multiple times at it being too difficult to manicure my nails because they are short. The massage (same beautician) was also extremely poor. A couple of months ago I had booked in for my first eyelash lift with Hayley, I had left with the most beautiful lashes I have ever seen and she was able to wax my eyebrows to the perfect shape that I was looking for. I recommend this business for anything that you want, they have a great variety of services and the staff are very amazing and friendly.
This afternoon I booked in with Bel for a Relax and Glow massage which is on special at the moment. I couldn’t believe the way she relaxed all the muscles in my back and my 73 y.o. skin is so soft. She is truly a well skilled young lady and I thank her for the comfort and knowledge she instilled on me during my visit
I had my eyebrow wax and lash tint at Lake Haven and was very impressed with the expertise and lovely customer service I received from Bel . She not only listened to my concerns but found solutions. I will definitely be back . Thanks Bel
