I wasn't happy about the wax unfortunetly. I didnt want to write this negative review as the beautician was really nice. I also think that part of the service should included the beautician to apply the after care lotion, especially as it is on the higher scale of $70. I only say this as I got more ingrowns than usual and at the time of the wax I noticed that some hairs were not coming off (it was 7 weeks since my last wax) and the beautician then plucked out the ones.
