I am visiting from out of town and was after waxing and eyebrow maintenance. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and creates a luxurious experience, even for normal maintenance. It was greatly appreciated. I would definitely visit again and recommend to any friend or family that was looking for this kind of service when in town.

Had my eyebrows threaded and dyed, with what was supposed to be medium brown, they are black, what the hell happened? They match your hair colouring she said. Utter rubbish my hair is a light brown with blond highlights, how do you get black out of that? Then sent me out of the shop like that, was she just being nasty? Wont be going back or recommending them to anyone, unprofessional!
