The hair is beautiful I ordered feather crochet for miracle knots. Each time I called someone was available to answer my questions immediately. She shipped my bundles same day and when I needed another one she went out her way to drop it off for me the night before. Service was professional and convenient. The hair is soft and beautiful I haven’t had any shedding and it legit does not tangle up. I throw it in a bin at night.
