I visited Beautinelle a week ago. It was my first visit. I was getting eyelash extensions. I was seen by Tatyana, a very sweet and polite woman. But the service she provided was very poor. I've been getting eyelash extensions for several years now, and this is the first time I've seen such results. I came to Beautinelle for a manicure based on the reviews. My request was very simple, as was the gel polish color, but Tatiana to ruin even that. My nails and cuticles were sloppily treated. They filed down my nail plate so much that even under thin layer of color my nails burned in lamp. It wasn't a manicure, it was torture. You can see the result in the photo.
