Rang to make a booking for acrylic refill & shellac. The clinican was abrupt & dismissive stating that she had no bookings available today. I was not even offered a vacancy for the next day. TIP: unfriendly behaviour eliminates positive revenues😊
First impressions on the telephone mean a lot. Perhaps a less curt and abrupt attitude to someone making a booking would be nice. Unpleasant. I will go elsewhere.
