RUN FROM THIS PLACE! The receptionist staff are rude and condescending! They have major attitudes and hang up on you. When asked to speak to a manager the brush you off. Even if the spa did a great job I would run so fast, because of how the staff treat you. They threatened me telling me they record all calls, which is ILLEGAL without prior notice or consent! There are so many other places around the area that will treat you better! They should be ashamed!

I booked a black carbon laser with Nichole. This spa is top of the line! Something to expect from in Hollywood for celebrities! She explained the entire process. I noticed results IMMEDIATELY. She didn't pressure me to buy anything just gave me my options. I am so incredibly happy with my results from just one treatment I will be buying a package for more. Every employee there is so accommodating and they are following strict Covid-19 guidelines. It was very safe and very clean.
I got a Facial today with Diamond tip Microdermabrasion, High Frequency, & LED therapy! So Relaxing & they use products free of harmful ingredients! 😌 I recommend Ginger, she was professional & knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!
