Dana provided make up services for me yesterday for an evening event and the results were elegant and gorgeous, just what I wanted. She was super pleasant and easy to get along with, we connected so easily. I will definitely be using her again in the future.
Very unprofessional. Didn't discuss payment methods beforehand and then had very limited options to be paid through. She only had. Venmo. What if I wanted to pay with a credit card? Never discussed that cash only was preferred. Then when I called to book again was refused because of alleged billing restructuring. However, the next day a friend of mine was able to book the exact same service and was never told anything about business restructuring. So so so unprofessional.
