I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I was very disappointed with my hair cut. I have been there a few times and Courtney did a good job, but not this last time. I didnt know that when I made the appointment, I should have specifically said shampoo, cut and blow dry. I showed her a picture and she said I can do that. She sat me in the chair and just started cutting dry hair. She was done in like 10 mins. I went home and tried to style it and nothing.
