Best facial ever! I love the scents, the massage, how my skin feels and looks! I wish I would’ve started this sooner! Megean is amazing!
This team is the BEST! Crista is very experienced, knowledgeable, and offers some of the best care in dermatology that I’ve seen in the area. Whether a quick checkup or a larger skin procedure, she takes care of you from start to finish. She’s given me lotion & sunscreen recommendations that have worked wonders. This clinic will always be my first recommendation for dermatology in Big Lake (and even the St. Cloud area).
Had somewhat good previous experiences despite having to wait about 20 minutes after my actual appointment time for every appointment, but today I walk in and was told they had to cancel my appointment due to an employee being out for the day and that they were “supposed to call me”. I never received a call, voicemail, email, or text. I don’t live super close so it was very much an inconvenience and waste of my time.

Received my first facial today from Megean that was so relaxing, I was not expecting to doze off but definitely could have taken a long nap afterwards. My skin looks glowy and clear. I have been seeing Crista for other dermatology needs that started with my son having random hair loss that turned out to be alopecia. Crista is so kind and really takes the time to listen and explain. Something that means a lot to me. I also love the products that they sell
