Awful. Just awful. (Check reviews on her other Google business page that is marked permanently closed) I scheduled 4 appointments with her, she canceled all of them. Her excuses go from in the hospital with pneumonia, to the flu, to a flat tire, to in the hospital for no given reason. She will text you at midnight and cancel 10-30 minutes in advance when you are already driving over there. Tried setting up 3 appointments, she just makes excuses. Super unprofessional. Thought I could contact the business and complain but it's just one person "running" the place.
