I hereby retract the review that I posted 7 months ago about work performed by Beautiful Wood Floors and/or Burnam Group LLC. The issues were resolved amicably and to my satisfaction
We hired Beautiful Wood Floors to demo and replace our hardwood floors in our entire home — upstairs, stairs/landing, and downstairs. They set the standard themselves with the upstairs: beautiful distressing, a clean matte finish, two coats of Odie’s Oil, and a result we were genuinely happy with.
