Attention to detail. When they are finished they truely are beautiful wood floors. William is NOT a fly-by-night kind of guy. He actually honors his agreements.
William and his crew are outstanding! Professional, courteous, fun, and very dedicated to the beautification of our great room floor. They were always on time, always communicated, and always fun to work with. William is upfront about the cost, what he is going to do to our floors, and very meticulous to them as well. I highly recommend Beautiful Wood Floors!!! The before picture shows how orange our floors were and the after picture really doesn’t do justice how gorgeous they turned out.
