This is a complete rip off. The office called one day to cancel my appointment due to medical reasons and I never heard from them again, phone disconnected, business shut down. Out $550.
Do not buy any packages from or for this spa. I bought 6 laser treatments via Groupon. After 2 treatments. The office closed due to medical reasons. Was told it would be a month or so before the technician would be back. After multiple calls, leaving messages. I never heard from them again. The phone was disconnected some time later. After reading the reviews, apparently this has happened to multiple people. What a rip off!!!
Absolutely AWFUL experience. i purchased a package of 6 treatments, and after 1, the office "closed for medical reasons" and has not reopened or returned any of my several phone calls. It has been 4 months, and there has been no contact or suggestion of a refund. They basically stole hundreds of dollars from me, and disappeared.
Need details on what laser technology is used I have been burned by IPL being claimed as laser and would love to know what you use. I cannot find an e-mail for you or I would send an email I also need to know if treatments are guaranteed to work or not.
