I was really excited for this experience but unfortunately due to poor calendar management and lack of empathy from Zahra it did not happen. I was told I had a 4pm appointment only to have the door shut in my face and being told my appointment was at 2pm. There were no confirmation messages or emails and no matters whose fault it is you would think there would be some sort of empathy to try and work out a new day and time but no. Zara was absolutely amazing! I had Micro dermabrasion on my face, and I left feeling and looking great! Highly recommend and I’ll be sure to visit again soon
I highly recommend this place! Zara is absolutely amazing, very gentle and qualified beauty therapist. The place is clean and tidy. I already had 2 sessions of microdermabrasion and loved the results.Definitely will come there again.
