Beautiful Rainbow is truly a special place, run by a wonderful man with a huge heart and a passion that’s hard to put into words. The restaurant is located inside the downtown library, which makes it such a unique and welcoming spot. Excellent experience! Everyone in our party of 6 loved their meals (quesadillas, red beans and rice, Greek salad, burger, stuffed sweet potato). Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the cafe was bright and clean. Inside the Gadsden Library. I decided to treat myself to a cold drink, sorry I don't remember what it was called.. It was delicious! They have a nice selection of meals you can order. The menu lists: Vegan Crab Cakes Quiche Vegetable Plate Garden Salad Pimento Cheese Sandwich with Coconut Curry Soup Lasagne Coffee Cake & More!!
