I had a very disappointing and honestly upsetting experience at this salon, which was very frustrating since I have been a customer for many years. I called and made an appointment with the owner, Jorge to book two services for 3:30PM. I arrived on time and my first service went until about 5:30. after that i was told i couldn't get my next service until 7:00PM due to other appointments ahead of me. It was my first time here and was welcomed warmly. I didn’t wait long and was met by the stylist Olga. She was friendly and warm. She made sure she understood what I wanted and delivered beautifully! I will definitely be back again.
