Jurgen is an awesome dude and really made the entire process of searching for a home as stress free as possible. Very easy going but also attentive to your requests and opinions as an agent - he’s someone who you can immediately tell cares about you as a person in addition to as a client. I’ve never seen him without a smile and positive attitude which is refreshing. I’d recommend him to anybody looking for a real estate agent in the Charleston/greater Charleston area for sure. Jurgen was recommended by some close friends of ours - he did not disappoint. Jurgen was extremely detailed in his initial market analysis as we prepared to list. He was always available and answered our many questions throughout the process - with great detail. Jurgen was extremely helpful in sourcing and scheduling contractors when needed while also negotiating on our behalf.
