Nail salon is now under new management! New owner is now Katie! She does an awesome job I've been knowing Katie and her employees every since they opened her salon in Arlington called Nail Concepts!! The best in town!
Zero Stars. I went to get a shellac mani and pedi and had Kim help me. The staff was friendly, but the service was horrible. My pedicure was a good ten minutes in cold water with one technician. I guess my feet were already perfect going in. LOL. They had two people working on me and so I had to lean forward in the chair as I was getting my nails done and hold my arms up. I told them to take their time, but Kim said she preferred standing. You are suppose to be comfortable, but instead I'm leaning over in an awkward position... read more
Out of every nail and spa place I have ever been to this is one of the best I have been to. The boss and all her employees makes their customers as comfortable as possible during their visit. I recommend this place to everyone!!
I've always been curious about this place and finally I decided to give it a try, especially after taking a look at their prices. These guys really know what they are doing. I went there for the first time the other day and was greeted promptly and with pleasant smiles. The nail tech went above and beyond to make sure my toes looked great. I have a excellent experience with this nail salon. I have tried many nail salon, but this one is one of the best. I want to try it out when i saw the sign of new management, under the name of Beautiful Nails & Spa. They are small nail salon but exceptional service. They nail tech is well experienced on solar nail and their therapeutic pedicure is one of the best. On the last service I have a heavenly pedicure, and it is truly heaven.
