Went to get my nails done today, made an appointment earlier on in the week. When I arrived 15 minutes earlier, the door was locked and all the lights were off however, a sign said then were opened. I waited for a half hour in the freezing cold outside, called multiple times and no one showed up or answered the call. This is really frustrating as I have a super busy work schedule, I ended up having to go to the nail salon up the street, luckily they were able to fit me in. Really disappointing.
