CAUTION Worst experience I have ever had recently. The owner's son (under 12 years) was beyond rude. They turned down a 2 year old certificate bc of the age. I argued there's no expiry date. They call the owner. Now it's not that it is expired, it is in too rough condition (was wrinkled with a small tear) they said they couldn't read it. I included a photo. Very clean. Staff/associates are polite and accommodating. I took my husband for pedicures there. They are amazing. I have recently returned for a mani/ pedi. Because my nails are such a mess, they put shellac on and didn't gouge me. Love th8s place.
Not recommended. My niece had an appointment at 11 yesterday. She waited 30 minutes then was told to come back in another 30. We had a 30 minute drive to get there. I went in and said an hour is ridiculous after making an appointment the lady blamed it on the very young boy working behind the counter and said he booked it wrong. This child was maybe 12. Loved coming here for my nails up until the last few times was made to feel like I did something wrong. Very rude women work here. Was made to wait a long while then today was there 20 minutes before my appointment then was told thru couldn't take me for another half hour. Not good when you live by a schedule. And they knew that. Only good person that was there was Andy. Sorry no more business from me.
I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon based on our experience. I booked two appointments one for a fill and one for a full set even though we had appointments we waited over 30 minutes before anyone even started on my fill. My friend who was booked for a full set, waited over an hour without anyone even attending to her she ended up cancelling because there was no communication about the delay.
