Im quite upset. I booked an appointment to get my nails done for my engagement photos tomorrow and waxing. I called to let them know ill be 5min late and they said no problem thanks for the call. Well I didn't know that meant I would have to wait 1h to get my turn. I was patient and sat there. When came time to do my nails all was good and the lady was great. Pedicure and manicure was completed in just under an hour. Crazy! Feet were not properly scrubbed. Nails were never cleaned under the nails. Forget the massage part. The WORST experience EVER.

Don't bother booking an appointment here they prefer and take walk ins first. I had an appointment booked for 1:30 arrived early, sat till 2:45pm waiting as others who walked in took seats and had nails done. I spoke up and was told another 5 mins then would be my turn. So if your looking for walk in appointment this is your place.

I have been going to Beautiful Nails for years and have never been disappointed. Everyone who has done services for me has gone above and beyond with excellent results. Recently I have been seing Amy and very pleased. The services are perfect but also the ladies are very professional. I look forward to my visits and I highly recommend this spa.

Had an appointment for 3 of us. Showed up on time and put our feet in the bath to soak ( mine was cold). Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and start the pedicure. We ended up walking out. Won't be back again!
