Terrible service! My appointment was at 1pm and almost 40 minutes later still nobody was even coming close to doing my pedicure! I left & not even an apology and will never go back !👎
Went in early December for some last minute vacation nails. I had them put some gel nails on, and I physically only got the nails. She did no prep to my nail, nothing to the cuticles, just kind of slapped them on after a quick grind on the top. All was fine, I’m not looking for perfection, but she didn’t fully put the white tip around the edge of my nail, and by day 3 of the trip they were chipping and the chrome was coming off the top. First time going, Sarah was proficient. My big complaint is I called to verify my appointment time, they said noon, but yet I still had to wait 45min! Bad first experience, nothing was really done to rectify.. If they knew they were running behind they could have just said come in at 12:20-12:45
