I made an apt for my 2 girls for a mani/pedi. She called and asked if we could come at 4pm instead of 3. I told her we couldn’t and she said ok can you come at 2:45. We arrive at 2:40, they told us to pick our colors. No further communication was had. At 3:25 my girls put their colors back and the lady asked are you switching colors and I tried to explain that I could not wait any longer. So disappointed with this place! DO NOT get their groupon. It’s a scam. Their online scheduling system is super flawed & when I called to schedule they refused to schedule me over the phone & told me to call customer service number for their online scheduling company. I had to call back again to get that number which they said they would text me & then didn’t until I asked for it. When I called no agents were available.
