TERRIBLE experience. I walked in with my 2 girls. The lady told them to sit down and started their nails…. About 5 mins later 3 more people walked in. They were a scheduled appointment. The lady was furious that we “took” their appointment. Not one time were we asked if we had an appointment. She pointed at the chair and told them to sit. My girls are 10 and 8. She was EXTREMELY rude and rough on their nails. Sped through the entire process. Extremely unprofessional. I will never be back and would never recommend.
The best nail shop in the county! The staff is super friendly and so talented. I love that it is by appointment only. We never have to wait.
