David is a fantastic teacher. I studied under him in college and still make the trip for a lesson once in a while when I get stuck on a difficult concept or skill on the guitar. I've seen several of his students progress from 0 experience with a guitar or bass to playing gigs on a regular basis. He also performs VERY well. I've seen him at a few coffee houses and churches and it's obvious that he loves sharing his talent.
