My experience with the hot and cold treatment was great! The staff was very professional and sociable while providing excellent directions on how to do the treatment. I will admit the initial entrance of getting into the cold tank was shocking to the body but the switch to the hot tub felt great. Doing that 3-4 times I took a rest for about 15 minutes and woke up refreshed and with a lot less soreness than I had when I first came in. Highly recommend getting work done by massage therapist Lorna! Not only does she focus on the injured areas, but she trouble shoots to the source of your pain. She doesn't waste your time with unnecessary chatter, but she converses with intentionality and has an inviting, calming atmosphere. Pressure is excellent.
Therapeutic Massage was amazing!!! Not only an amazing massage and therapist, Lorna, but a treatment. Lorna is experienced and is confident in what massage is needed specifically. Highly recommend!!!!! Excellent!!!!!
