The Shapeshift Personal Training classes have changed my life! Sarah watches closely to make sure her clients are completing all exercises correctly and everything is modifiable. I feel comfortable in the small group, women only classes. I’ve noticed a difference in my strength and I feel more confident. I can not recommend this studio enough. Try it!

Sarah provides a professional, specialized, safe exercise environment, for women of all ages. Her classes are both fun, motivational and focussed on learning the correct form. She easily adapts movements to suit individual needs. I would highly recommend her for any woman seeking a healthier body practice.

I joined the Shape Shift Express classes after a back injury to gain strength and get back to activity other than walking. Sarah can help modify any exercise to accommodate your ability. The express classes are short and quick, giving a full body workout without having to dedicate hours of time for those who don't like working out. The small classes are great as well. I highly recommend.

I joined with a friend and have really enjoyed the program that Sarah provides. I have noticed both a physical and mental change and have also learned so much! She's a great coach and the ladies that attend are always so fun. It's such an approachable atmosphere as well!
