I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday at 1pm. The email I received with the intake paperwork said Monday at 1, which I didn't notice until Tuesday at around 1:05 when no one had called me. At this point I'm out of my meds and freaking out, so I try to call the practice. Tell me why it took me 20 minutes to get through to someone. 20. MINUTES. My provider left her old practice to join Beautiful Mind around 2 months ago. She told me to call and get scheduled. I called, left messages and emailed multiple times. Didn't hear anything until 3 weeks ago when my provider called me and said there was some things to explain about scheduling, she was sorry and she was wanting to get me scheduled. I called back and left a message. Nothing until today, where I get a call responding to the voicemail I left 3 weeks ago and they're wanting to get me scheduled. I declined.

I literally can't say enough about Julie McClure! She is literally my hero/my Angel! I a absolutely, from the bottom of my heart, love her, and can't imagine having anyone else handling my psychiatric problems as well as my mental health! She has saved and prevented me from going to the mental hospital, not just once, but several times! Every time I call the front desk and explain how badly I need Julie to call me back, she makes a way to see me with a Virtual Appt that same day.
