They never call back even with a referral for a child!!! This is ridiculous!!!
I have been seeing Spencer Simon for years at this practice and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is patient, knowledgeable, kind, nonjudgmental, and listens like I have never experienced with any other provider (and I've been to many before him). I feel safe and heard at my appointments, and finally feel like I have someone 100% on my side advocating for my safety and well-being. Dr. Spencer discharged me from his practice. I have a variety of conditions. I've expressed to him for years how I felt only to not be heard. I've been with him for yrs but because I spoke up for myself and told him the method he was giving wasn't working, he continued to bill my insurance for the same things over and over again. Continously prescribing the same meds that weren't helping and possibly causing more side effects. Dr. Spencer was extremely rude for my last 2 appts. Julie and her staff are amazing. I’ve never met a more compassionate medical professional in my entire life. She truly wants to make a positive impact on people’s lives and she is certainly making one on mine. Would give 6/5 if I could.
