I called at 11:52 on Aug. 11 and booked an appointment for a 1-hour massage for 4pm on Aug. 12. The phone communication was not super clear. The lady said, "You come tomorrow afternoon." I said, "Yes, 4pm, 1 hour". She said, "Ok." and took my first name. On Aug. 12 I showed up at 3:52pm. There was one lady there who seemed confused to see me. I said, "I have a booking for a massage." Poor quality, provider is constantly detached to a cell phone or walk in visitors,started putting cups though I had not asked for that, then bargaining for tips...

The technicians at this shop are excellent—their pressure is strong yet never stiff. I felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable after the massage. The environment is also clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Very professional. My shoulders have been tense for a while and they were unlocked in just a half hour session. Quiet, peaceful environment. Definitely will be back!
