First time getting a Brazilian Wax and Anna first and foremost got me in earlier than business hours to accommodate my schedule and needs , walked me through step by step , was so professional and made me feel so comfortable for my first experience . I had an amazing experience! It was my first time getting waxed, and I was super anxious, but the lady who waxed me was not only incredibly kind and patient, but very talented in her field! I truly don't believe I would've been able to get any of what I got done anywhere else. She made amazing friendly small talk that helped me through it, and was even willing to try and walk me through other options if I couldnt handle the pain.
