Chava was in too much of a hurry between customers and me. I showed him what I wanted and a tiktok of person cutting it and he said I don’t need to see that. He misunderstood and I got these uneven short bangs, when I wanted long layers. He does this twirl of the hair and chops, not even a precise cut just some 70s shag cut. I can’t even style my hair. So angry. Will never go there again!!!!
