If there were zero stars i’d put that! This was the worst experience i’ve ever had getting my eyebrows done. My face is literally bleeding and my eyebrows look a mess! I’m in pain and I always get my eyebrows threaded- NEVER has it hurt this bad. The lady said I needed to hold tighter but when I did it hurt worse! This place will never see my money again and since they’re refusing to give my money back I will be filling a dispute!
I've been coming here for years. And it's hit or miss and depends on who is there, but today was my final straw. I drove over 30 min to come here today and got here at 5:44. The woman here refused to take me even after I told her I drove over 30 min. And I always tip and have gotten here at this time before. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m not sure why the negative reviews because everytime I have gotten my brows threaded the service was quick and efficient. And for $12, what a steal. And my brows look so good
I highly recommend Beautiful Ibrows at Carolina Place Mall! The service is very fast and the rates are very reasonable—only $12 for eyebrows. Great quality and great price.
