I tried calling this company for 4 days straight. I probably called about 20 different times over those 4 days, and never got anyone to answer. They have a voicemail box, but what good does that do me? I call when it's convenient for me, I don't want to have them call me when it's convenient for them. Not the kind of attitude I'm looking for in a business.
I would recomend this company to anyone they were freindly and my carpets came out cleaner then i have ever seen them.
Quick dry carpet cleaning I had a dog before. Got rid of the dog because of my new-born baby. Now it's about time the baby crawls about, so I decided to call Beautiful Homes to clean my carpets. They did a great job getting the dog hairs and cleaning the dirty spots. They especially did a good job with my stairs, which are just impossible for me to really clean myself. The carpet dried up quickly after the clean up and I was able to move things back into the rooms only hours after the cleaning.
Four rooms and 14 steps for $125 Received a mailer special from them advertising for four rooms and 14 steps for $125 and decided to try them out. The cleaner was forty-five minutes late for the appointment. They use truck carried equipment to steam clean the carpet and seemed to be doing a good job getting rid of the dirty spots. It took them about an hour and a half to finish, then it took four hours for the carpet to completely dry out.
