Ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter at the hospital. I received a call to update my payment information and asked if they could deliver on 9.4 because she was being discharged the next day and was told yes, but the delivery was not made until the next day. They called my daughter and she advised she had left the hospital but would be back later that day to see her baby in NICU. The caller said she would leave flowers at the front desk. Beautiful flowers
Flowers were ordered for a memorial service and Never arrived. They said they were busy. Terrible. We ordered 2 sets of flowers. So, no flowers were at the service. Very disappointing and embarrassing.
