I had a very disappointing experience with Stacey for my wedding bouquet. I spent about 4 hours communicating with her before the wedding to ensure it matched the reference photos I sent. Despite this, the bouquet was poorly composed, lacked aesthetic appeal, and she finalized it without my confirmation, claiming she didn’t receive my messages. It was a frustrating experience and not what I expected for such an important day. I would not recommend her and won’t use her service in the future.
