Heena did a great job with my eyebrows, she was so nice, neat and did a wonderful job. She has a very soft and calm energy to her that makes you feel welcomed and provided great service! I’m giving 5 stars because I’ve been coming here for a long time and have always had great experiences, but I do want to share feedback about one visit. My appointment with Mha was very disappointing. I asked for a cleanup, but my brows were thinned out significantly and my arch was removed. When I mentioned it, I was told the tint would make them look thicker. I was also told to remove the tint MYSELF, first she said 2 hours, then 1 hour but within 30 minutes my brows were burning. I got my eyebrows done by Duha and it was beautiful. I asked for a clean up and it was amazing it lightened up my features. She did it perfectly. Honestly the only reason i go to beautiful eyebrows is because of her. I dont trust anyone else with my eyebrows but her.
Honestly this company has been losing me as a client for a minute. I have went to them on a monthly basis and I like to get my eyebrows threaded because waxing is harsh on my skin. Well today I was turned around by the lady because she didn’t want to do a man’s eyebrows. She said she had the capability when I asked her the reason why, but she said she simply does not want to.
