Not knowing anyone as I had just moved here I found Beautiful Choyces Hair & Nail Spa by googling. Katie managed to get me in last minute. Last year, I attempted to schedule an appointment as I was new to the area, but the woman I interacted with was rude her name is Katie the owner. This year, I called to inquire about changing my hair color, and I was asked to visit in person to determine the necessary color mix. Upon arrival, I found the salon closed. I returned this Tuesday and was informed by the same woman that she did not have time to discuss the matter with Wendy, and she was extremely rude. Despite two attempts, I received the same response
