On the verge of tears from frustration and disappointment every time I have to dry/style it. Specifically told her “Not Short”, yet that’s what she did. Chopped it. A week later, and I still hate it. I’m usually pretty good at working with a cut, as it’s just hair and it’ll grow (eventually, as mine doesn’t grow fast), but not this time. Second time there.. sadly, never again. Just not the place for me.

Terrible! Avoid so your child doesn’t have a bad haircut. I have tried multiple times between my two children at this establishment and every time their hair comes out terrible. This last time was the last when my daughter’s hair was cut noticeably uneven. The girls when you walk in are sitting on the waiting room couch on their phones with no hellos of any friendliness.

Thank you Jaclyn!! Not only was it super fun chatting chatting cheetahs and other friend-shaped critters with you, I absolutely love what you did with my hair. Thank you for actually taking it short enough to take all the damage out of it. It feels better, looks better, and however you cut it, when I pull it up the pony tail looks really cute. Thank you again for everything!! Editing to add — SO many compliments since this cut. 10/10.
