I went for a tightening treatment. The staff Mia was professional and very friendly. It's a very comfortable place, and I will come again.
I have used BC skin & Laser for products and services over the years. My experience today with Dr Shah has left me in anger and distrust in this facility. 4 weeks prior I had laser tattoo removal for my eyebrows. The technician Jas did not explain the procedure and I was completely oblivious to what to expect! After giving me an ice bag she instructed I hold it on my eyebrows, after some time she began the procedure. Amazing staff and really great experience with my laser tech Mia. She’s very professional and skilled at her work, and I’m very happy with the results I’ve gotten.
I has an amazing experience at this clinic. Dr. Shah was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment. Alina was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I’m thrilled with my results and highly recommend this team!
