Had an amazing experience! Our only ultrasound was at our doctors office at 9 weeks and we wanted some updated ultrasounds around the 13 week mark and decided to try Beautiful Bump. We had such a great time, Terrae was our technician and she was wonderful. Since it’s not a doctors office there was no rush, it was our time and it felt like it! My family and I had the best experience with Beautiful Bump! Terrae was so kind and welcoming. She made the experience (along with my mom, husband and two other kids), special and comfortable. The space is very nice, and we could all see our baby girl on the large projection on the wall. She put extra time, care and patience into making sure we had the best experience possible and got to see some really good views of our girl’s little face despite her trying to cover it up or hide for lots of it! I left a one-star review for this company because it was the only one available for checking on my baby. Everything went well until I received the extremely dark photos after the ultrasound. When I asked why the photos were so dark, the person explained that it was because I was early in my pregnancy (10 + 5 weeks). I knew that the darkness was not due to the size of my baby. I asked for the photos to be retaken, and although they did retake the pictures, the lady was entirely rough with me, causing me pain. I had to tell he... read more
Love love love the ultrasound tech I've had both times i went. She's so kind and caring. Beautiful atmosphere, so clean and comfortable. Kid friendly too- love that they have toys to keep them occupied. And the evening times available are so nice.
